I love the Thames. Will never forget when I saw it for a first time as a child on a holiday to London with my family: wide, brown, mighty and still then decided – not good for swimming! The flower I threw in disappeared with such a speed downstream…
Now years later, my own child throws petals in and we are involved with another passion of ours – boats – Thames looked like the only possible answer for people like us who love outdoors, boating, conservation but also fans of luxury and travel. Welcome to our blog and “watch this space” as I envisage sharing some personal stories but also some know how on boating, boating etiquette and things to do in London, as seen from the river.
